Multi-trades Operatives

**A little bit about the Planned Works team**

We're responsible for delivering improvement and cyclical works across the entire operational area of Abri Group. Utilising both in-house teams and approved sub-contractors, we carry out the major improvement works to our customers’ homes ranging from kitchen renewals and bathroom replacements right through to roof replacement and insulation. Our cyclical works include ensuring the safety of properties by undertaking periodic inspections of items such as passenger lifts and electrical installations. In addition, our team of Contract Surveyors also specify and implement a variety of special project works throughout the year delivering solutions for more complex issues.

**Your new role**

Are you pro-active, highly motivated, professional and friendly? Our team has an exciting opportunity for a multi-skilled operatives to join our team where you'll be working across the Abri geographical area including Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey and Dorset.

We're looking for three multi-trade operatives where you'll be part of a team fitting numerous kitchens on a planned basis across our regions.

Top notch customer service skills, enthusiasm and a ‘can-do’ attitude will all be essential as you’ll be an ambassador for the company as you go from property to property carrying out work to the highest of standards, all while being the friendly face of Abri to our customers.

You'll be responsible for carrying out multi-skilled repairs of properties in an efficient and effective manner, in accordance with appropriate good building maintenance practice.

It's essential that you comply with both Health & Safety policies and statutory legislation and ensure all works are completed in the most cost-effective and timely manner, ensuring that the customer is advised of progress.

In this role, you’ll be an ambassador for the organisation by using your ‘can do’ attitude to provide a high-quality, ‘right first time’ service to our customers all while being the friendly face of Abri.
