**Marketing Projects Executive**:
**6 Month FTC**:
**Job Purpose**:
Support the Marketing team in developing and executing trade marketing campaigns, new product launches, and other key promotional activities for Ernest Jones and H Samuel. Drive brand engagement through in-store and online activations, press/PR initiatives, and locally tailored campaigns, contributing to the brands' commercial and customer-focused goals.

**Typical Duties**
- **Trade Marketing & Activation Planning**:Develop and oversee the trade marketing plan, ensuring a smooth execution across various internal and external channels. This includes proactive planning, proposal generation, and coordination of all marketing activations.
- **Campaign Execution Support**:Assist Campaign Leads in delivering marketing campaigns, keeping activities aligned with strategic objectives, and ensuring timely execution of trading, ad hoc, and reactive requests.
- **Collaboration & Stakeholder Management**:Build effective cross-functional relationships across Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Buying, and Merchandising teams. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration for successful campaign outcomes.
- **Market & Competitor Analysis**:Research and monitor competitor activities to identify emerging trends, potential threats, and opportunities to keep the brand competitive and relevant.
- **Budget Management**:Track relevant marketing spend and manage the budget tracker to ensure financial accuracy. Assist in generating PO numbers for activations and optimizing ROI on trade marketing activities.
- **Compliance & Quality Assurance**:Ensure that all campaigns adhere to the Code of Conduct, Competition Act, and company ethics. Maintain high standards of attention to detail, achieving right-first-time execution, minimizing amendments, and ensuring legal and data protection compliance.

- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Financially aware and capable of tracking budgets, ensuring ROI, and optimizing spend.
- Detail-oriented, with proven ability to execute error-free, customer-focused campaigns.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SharePoint and Trello is a plus.
