Based in Oldbury we would be looking for a person with a positive character to manage our driver training, engagement and improvement requirements.

Initially, becoming familiar with what was expected of the driving team on a day to day basis, but then growing the driving teams skills. Efforts to improve not just the public view of our driving team, but also ways that the driving team can help offer a better customer experience. The need to meet not just improved driving scores, but also the driver knowledge and understanding of the role each individual provides for the company.

Potentially then growing the trainer skill set to include greater certification skills going forward.

The role will involve some travel, and overnight stays where appropriate.

Salary commensurate with experience
