**Hours of Work**:Full-Time, 37 Hours(per Week)

**About the Role**:
At Aspens we work across Kent and Sussex; supporting individuals with autistic spectrum conditions, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

Wentworth Close is a small but lively residential service, home to four adults with learning disabilities. We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our fantastic support team as a support worker.

All of our homes are full of energy and excitement and we work hard to empower those we support to learn new skills and promote independence. At Wentworth Close, this might include activities such as baking, gardening or arts and crafts at home. You may also support activities out in the local community, including swimming or bowling.

You'll also be responsible for carrying out the person-centred support plans (including personal care) and following risk assessments, administering medication and completing daily reports to ensure those we care for are safeguarded while living their best life.
