Housekeeper (Temporary)

**We are currently looking for a Housekeeper to join our team at Ogilvie Court in Earls Colne, Colchester on a Temporary basis.**:
**Due to the remote location of Ogilvie Court it is essential you can drive or be dropped off/picked up**

Ogilvie Court provides leading person-centred support for 25 men and women over the age of 18 with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge.

As a Housekeeper you will:

- Supervise a team of staff ensuring domestic and housekeeping services are delivered to operational standards, and ensures that work processes comply with statutory regulations.
- Co-ordinate the purchase, supply of materials, equipment and services through liaison and negotiation with approved suppliers, and by ensuring the accurate reconciliation of goods and services against invoices.
- Control the movement of stock by recording, monitoring and effectively managing shortfall and surplus situations.
- Assist in the resourcing of the service, in liaison with their manager, ensuring the effective recruitment, selection, development and performance of staff, while planning staff rosters to ensure continuity of services and facilities.
- Identify and report damage, faults and other related issues to the maintenance department to ensure that environmental conditions continue to meet quality standards and statutory regulations.
