**Position**: Trainee Occupational Health Technician

I have an exciting position for either an Occupational Health Technician or someone who is looking for a new challenge within their career, as my client will provide full occupational health training

In this Occupational Health Technician position you will be responsible to work alongside the Occupational Health Nurse on site.

Duties will include;
- Undertake health screening, drug and alcohol screening and health surveillance.
- Assist in undertaking a range of service items e.g., Driver's medicals, Well Person medicals, lung function tests, fitness tests and any other service that may be required.
- Be accountable for delivery of health surveillance and escalating results of concern to a specialist clinician
- Carry out infection and immunity screening for staff and take appropriate action according to established policies and protocols.
- Assist the Occupational Nursing Staff in supporting the clinical activities of the business.
- Be responsible for cleaning and stock checking clinical areas as per protocols and checklists.
