Social Worker - Blackpool - Children in Need - CIN - £41/Hour
Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join the Children in Need Team based in Blackpool.
In this role as a Social Worker you will have experienced of attending LAC Reviews and previously have worked in a looked after children statutory role.
- Experience and demonstrable skills in engaging young people through a variety of direct work methods
- At least 2 years' experience in statutory children's social work
- Good understanding of safeguarding children processes
- Experience of court work
- Experience of managing a varied and complex case load
- Ability to write concise, fit for purpose court statements and ability to maintain up to date & accurate records.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience of inputting into children's services data systems (Mosaic;ICS)
- Ability to be flexible, resilient and reflective.

- Social Work England registration

- Hold a full UK licence
