**About the Role**:
The Head of Ecommerce role is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual that can bring fresh and innovative thinking to Lookfantastic and play a key part in driving the division forward on its momentous journey. You will manage a team of eCommerce specialists who drive Lookfantastic's trading strategy and the delivery of the eCommerce plans across Asia locales. Reporting to territory General Manager, you will have an overall responsibility for driving performance across all website KPIs, accountable for driving conversion rate, order values and overall revenue. They will be responsible for forecasting and performance planning and will need strong numeracy and analytical skills. They will be responsible for competitor research, assessing the market and building out trading plans around key trading periods. They will need to be reactive to competitors and align marketing, trading and creative plans. The Head of Ecommerce has a critical role in ensuring the quality execution of all website content changes, campaigns and promotional plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overall accountability for the trading performance and P&L of Lookfantastic Asia territory. Driving trading strategy, budgets, and resource allocation to enable eComm team to deliver on KPIs
- Manage Asia territory team that are responsible for achieving website KPIs for Lookfantastic. Responsible for communicating performance internally with a strong emphasis on detail and insight-driven analysis.
- Improving and executing Global strategies with digital marketing, merchandising, customer care and conversion optimisation to protect and enhance the customer experience.
- Your team will be responsible for creating trading plans based around key events, themes and seasons, including the creation and management of the promotional calendar.
- Identifying your competitors and evaluating their strategies to determine their strengths and weaknesses relative to those of your own.
- Using our in-house data & technology platform to share valuable insights on customer behaviour and trends.
- Working cross functionally across the business to drive continual improvements in AOV and conversion.
- Working in synergy with buying team, central marketing and brand to ensure availability, visibility and distribution of products in line with territory forecast.
- New acquisition and CLV analysis with an emphasis on optimisation and implementing improvements.
- Ensuring the warehouse forecasting and operational forecasting across the category is accurate.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ Years Top tier eCommerce experience within a fast-paced dynamic organisation
- Fluent in English and other Asian languages (Mandarin/Cantonese/Japanese/Korean)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels to manage internal and external relationships
- Proven communication and influencing skills
- Commercially astute, ambitious and highly intelligent individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility.
- Good working knowledge digital marketing landscape, consumer behaviour and ecommerce ecosystem in Asia
- Excellent data analysis skills. Proficient Microsoft suites skillset
- Strong interest in cosmetics and skincare industry
- Highly organised and result driven with the ability to work under pressure
