**What to expect working for Soane**:
As a member of the Sales Support team, you will be key to ensuring the Soane client is kept at the forefront of all decisions. The role will require you to be detail orientated, highly organised and able to multi-task.

**What you day will look like**
- Prepare quotations and proformas for Sales Managers for standard orders
- Process and fulfil client orders and ensure orders are paid for and delivered on time
- Manage the Courier Booking & Tracking process for F&W, including managing any delays
- Managing the order process on our CRM
- Looking after the live order status tracker for orders daily

**What we are looking for**:

- Technologically savvy with a good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Strong previous administration and customer service skills
- Quick learner with outstanding attention to detail
- Proactive
- High standard of verbal and written communication
- An interest, or knowledge, of Fabric and Wallpaper would be desirable, but not essential

**What we can offer**:
Our Standard working week is Monday to Thursday 9:30am to 5pm and Fridays 8:30am - 5:00pm. We don’t work weekends or bank holidays and the business shuts down between Christmas and New Year. We also offer an extra day off to celebrate your birthday
