**Factory Operatives - Timber Frame**

We are looking for motivated factory operatives to join the Pinewood team at our site in Gamlingay, Beds. As a factory operative you will play a crucial part in providing our clients with an outstanding product which meets all technical requirements as well as our quality and safety standards. This opportunity would suit an individual who enjoys working as part of vibrant team and either has previous experience in a similar role or is keen to learn as full training will be provided

**Pay**

Starting rate £10.50 per hour whilst training, then piece work thereafter with potential to earn an up to £18 per hour equivalent.

**Location**

**Role Summary**
- Assemble materials on working benches to form wall panels, floor cassettes, spandrels, and trusses accurately to the technical drawings provided.
- Creating products with varying requirements including external, internal, insulation, plasterboard, to client specification
- Work as part of the team to achieve project deadlines and production schedules
- When trained, prepare and cut timber materials ready for construction minimising wastage where possible
- Safely store all products to prevent damage and within health and safety requirements
- Full training given in all warehouse areas to provide an in-depth understanding of the business and ensure health and safety standards are met and maintained.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 39 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£18.00 per hour
