Location: IKM Testing UK (Aberdeen) IKM Testing in Westhill, Aberdeenshire are recruiting a Van Driver / Labourer to join our team. **Overall Purpose of the Job** The van driver / labourer will be responsible for the upkeep of the company vehicle and will be the designated driver. Out with van driving duties, they will be designated to the Mobilisation Team in an assistant / labouring role capacity. Under the direction of the Mobilisation Foreman they shall assist the team in whichever area required and help to alleviate bottlenecks. **Roles and Responsibilities** - Attend all daily Workshop Tool Box Talks and participate as required. - Ensure company vehicle is kept maintained to the highest standard and cleaned/washed accordingly. - Carry out forklift movements as required and tag equipment accordingly as per IKM Equipment Tagging Guidance. - Carry out deliveries and collections as the designated van driver. - Assist in keeping the yard, stores and workshop areas clean and tidy. - Ensure that all IKM procedures are adhered to and the core values are upheld. - Perform other duties which may be required as directed by line manager. - Assist workshop staff as required. - Report any unsafe acts or issues found. - Assist in any improvement ideas or 5S actions as required. - Travel to other locations including international travel, as required by the company. - Proactively generate departmental or company-wide improvement ideas and log within the Workshop Dept Improvement Idea Tracker. - Carry out general labouring duties as required. - Assist Testbay as required. - Assist Stores as required. **Qualifications Required** - Full Clean UK Driving License. Preferred: - Forklift license. **Experience Required** Essential: - Manual Handling experience.
