**Cover Supervisor Position -Reading Academy School - Experienced TA or HLTA wanted**
This lovely 11-18 Comprehensive Academy School based in Reading are looking for an experienced Cover Supervisor or HLTA to join their Cover Supervisor team as a team lead. This role will offer you a fantastic opportunity to gain leaderships skills and experience,all whilst providing high quality lesson cover for absent staff. You will have the opportunity to deploy support staff, actively engage in curriculum planning, and marking.
**Experienced Cover Supervisors or HLTAs Wanted**

- Would you like to work at an Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' School with a track record of supporting their staff with Continuing Professional Development?_
The role:
- Cover Supervisor.
- Full time.
- Immediate Start.
- Reading.
- Supervising lesson delivery, keeping students on task, and effectively deploy support staff.
- Responsible for following school safeguarding and behaviour policy.
- Must be an experienced TA or HLTA
- Must have a live DBS or be prepared to take one out.
