**Calling all Olive heroes Production Operative Wanted.**

Are you passionate about quality? Then we want YOU to join our team as a Production Operative at our factory

**Your role**:
To work as part of the production team to help achieve the daily production plan whilst adhering to procedures, rules and processes set out by production management and other key functions.

To work in a safe and time effective manner in accordance with health and safety standards and ensuring food safety, hygiene and quality standards are always achieved.

**Key Duties**:

- Set up lines in readiness for production start under the guidance of your line manager, ensure that each product specification is followed, and any anomalies are reported immediately
- To operate tools, machines and equipment for which training has been provided and to assist in the manufacturing process of all products.
- Keep the work area clean and tidy and free from debris and waste to reduce the risk of accidents, and to operate within the food safety, quality and hygiene regulations of the site. To prevent contamination between raw and cooked products
- Carry out work in a safe manner so as not to endanger yourself or a colleague.
- Ensure you are aware of all fire exits in all areas you may work and be sure to understand the emergency evacuation procedure/
- To always wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
- Carry out training commensurate with your role and area of work including regular refresher/ procedural update training as and when required.
- To report any equipment defects immediately to the Area Supervisor/Team leader
- Adhere to all Company Rules and Policies
- To Maintain high levels of work performance including attendance and timekeeping.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as and when required following consultation between yourself, supervisor and management.

**Working Hours**: 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday to Friday

**Work Location**: Roachbank Road, Bury, Manchester BL9 8RQ

- Bury, BL9 8RQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
