Job Description
Supporting the delivery of technology or operational initiatives, contributing to ongoing business improvement.
Conducting research, data analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
Assisting in process mapping, documentation, and optimisation projects.
Supporting implementation and testing of systems, tools, or workflow changes.
Collaborating with teams across business functions, including IT, risk, compliance, and customer operations.
Participating in internal meetings, workshops, and project planning sessions.
Managing individual tasks and responsibilities with accountability and professionalism.
Engaging in regular training and development activities, both self-directed and as part of structured learning.
Managing your own performance, career and personal development - in conjunction with your line manager and in reference to the SS&C standard frameworks for these.

Main purpose of the role
- Project delivery - Oversee the Bi-annual, CASS, Wealth Bi-annual, Dist, UCD or Adhoc mailings.
- Project delivery - to deliver completed tasks on target within agreed dates, from initiation to completion of the project
- Client/Supplier relationships - to build and maintain direct relationships with any relevant clients or suppliers to enable operational requirements to be met.
- Project documentation - to produce/assist in required documentation for all allocated projects, to keep department SLAs and reporting tools up to date.
- Project meetings - to attend/ regular meetings as necessary during projects to enable communication with all relevant parties to raise/resolve any issues. To represent SS&C in both conference call and face to face situations.
- Updates - to provide regular updates on the status of all allocated projects/tasks to Management
- Attention to detail - Ensure a high level of attention to detail is performed during all projects.
- To support the new implementation of XMPie & Tango+ (or any new print composition tool), including processes and procedures, data mapping, and template building.
- To carry out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
