Our client is currently looking for an Operations Apprentice to join their busy team
The primary purpose of the role is to provide a range of general office, administration, telephony, reception services and operational support to groups and individuals within the firm. The work will include:
**Operations Apprentice Duties**:
- Undertake various routine administrative tasks
- Post related duties
- Records management
- Handling and processing incoming calls
- Welcoming clients and visitors to the firm
**Operations Apprentice Requirements**:
- They are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and with the ability to perform effectively in a team environment.
- be willing to study a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

**Our clients team**:
Our clients PA team is held in high regard and provides a professional and efficient secretarial and administrative service to a number of fee-earners across the firm. The PA team is a key part of the wider team, which is around 150 people strong. They areall based at a single site office in central Newcastle upon Tyne - a city they have operated from for over 100 years.
