Billing Assistant

We are looking for an adaptable and enthusiastic Billing Assistant to join the Finance to help support with all aspects of billing.

**Scope of responsibilities**
- Responsible for raising accurate and timely sales invoices and credit notes in line with FourNet guidelines, and to produce monthly reports.
- To be responsible for FourNet web billing
- To provide revenue assurance on monthly billing and fixed reconciliations
- To check supplier invoices on recurring network services side
- To fully understand FourNet billing platform to ensure revenue and costs are understood
- To be able to effectively communicate with customers for any billing queries
- To calculate monthly and partner commissions
- Ensuring all rejects are cleared
- Creating and importing new tariffs and service charges
- Setting up new customers in line with FourNet policy
- Dealing with billing queries
- Cease of services through Ability
- Raising of project invoices
- Assisting with accounts receivable tasks
- Assisting with commissions
- Strong Customer Service, Organisational and Strategic Planning Skills
- Previous Service Desk experience (desirable but not required)
- ITIL Foundation Certificate (beneficial but not necessary)
- Evidence of strong customer focus and passion for delivering service excellence and commitment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
