To source, create and generate positive digital and PR content to promote the Herd In The City Art Trail, increasing brand awareness and income generation.
- Create digital content (written, photographic and film) for paid, earned and owned media which promotes the Herd In The City Art Trail, its partners, artists and supporters
- Schedule, post, monitor and respond to enquiries on social media
- Seek out inspiring stories about people involved in the Herd In The City Art Trail. Research and develop these stories for PR, digital and internal communications
- Support the Fundraising Teams in planning their income generation activity for Herd In The City, writing Marketing Plans and identifying effective ways to promote their event or initiative
- Adhere to the Brand Guidelines to write, create and approve materials to support the activities of Herd In The City
- Compiling and writing editorial and interviews for internal and external publications
- Handle media enquiries, photo and filming opportunities, building strong relationships with all forms of local media
- Maintain a photographic library of Herd In The City, obtaining and recording the appropriate information and consent

- Help to monitor and evaluate Herd In The City on and offline media coverage
- To provide administrative and research support
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety and other organisational policies and procedures.
- Comply with Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR requirements in all working practices maintaining confidentiality, integrity, availability, accuracy, currency and security of information as appropriate. Take personal responsibility for all personal data within own working environment.
- Work to achieve our vision and values in respect of health and safety, inclusion, and the safeguarding of our people. Taking personal responsibility to comply with the principals/requirements.
