Our hostel offers an entirely distinctive workplace, far from the ordinary office setting. At YHA Beer, we believe in valuing our team members and ensuring they have access to great perks:

- ** Competitive hourly rate**: We offer a pay of £11.44 per hour. In this role you will work variable hours, a minimum of 4 per week, on a rota basis. Shift patterns will likely be 07:00 - 13:00, 09:30 - 13:00 or 10:00 - 15:00, to include breakfast preparation/service and housekeeping duties.

**The Role: Your Key Contributions**

As a Hospitality Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in making our guests' experiences memorable. Your efforts will be at the core of our mission to provide exceptional hospitality, regardless of your background or experience.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Providing warm hospitality and great customer service to all our customers, members and guests.
- Following safe systems of work and meal specifications to prepare and serve tasty meals for our guests.
- Carrying out cleaning and housekeeping duties efficiently and with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment.

You will need a mature approach to work plus experience of working independently, at pace and under pressure to carry out the varied responsibilities of this role. Hospitality is a physically and emotionally demanding industry, so you will need to bring commitment, resilience and bags of energy to our friendly and hardworking team.
