**Overview**:
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a Digital Marketing Level 3 Apprenticeship.
The apprentice, reporting to the Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS), is responsible for uploading and managing Lindy product content to be used on Amazon, the Lindy ecommerce website, and third-party websites.
The apprentice will work closely with the DMS, Marketing and Product Management teams to ensure that product copy and supporting collateral, such as infographics and diagrams, are created that are appropriate for the required selling channel.
**Main role**:
The main area of focus of the role is to implement, publish and help create product content for Amazon Vendor and Seller Central listings. This is then used as the basis for content for the Lindy website as well as our customers’ sites.
As such this role would benefit from previous experience working within Amazon Vendor and/or Seller Central in editing product text, uploading images etc or similar.
**Key responsibilities**:
- A significant part of the role is to manage and raise cases with Amazon Vendor Central Support and to monitor, update and correct any issues with existing listings.
- Working closely with the product management team, you will ensure accurate information is used in all channels and support the marketing team in ensuring optimised content is listed on our customers’ websites and on the content syndication platforms, Icecatand Cnet.
- You will also feedback any areas that require improvement and share ideas on how to help Lindy be at the forefront of the market.
- Manage, edit, and update optimised product content including product listings and A+ pages using Amazon Vendor and Seller Central
- Ensure that products and all variants are uploaded to bring the Lindy offering up to date including up to date pictures
- Create and manage simple infographics and diagrams for use on both Amazon and the Lindy websites
- Manage all tickets and issues relating to Lindy product content on the Amazon platform
**Other Ecommerce:**
- Manage, edit, monitor, and maintain general product content and copy for the Lindy website(s) and for use by third parties and content syndication services (Cnet, Icecat and Stock in the Channel)
- Assist the sales and marketing teams in ensuring Lindy content feeds are being used correctly and all top accounts are listing all appropriate Lindy products correctly
- Contribute copy writing support and creating technical tips for internal and external communications, all e-commerce and multi-channel sites and social media
- Liaise with colleagues in other Lindy international locations to obtain translations for product listings
- Maintain Lindy databases and Product Information Management (PIM) systems with regards to product marketing content and copy
- Assist with day-to-day management of social media platforms, website, and multi-channel
- Assist in optimisation of the Lindy ecommerce platform
- Assist with other ad-hoc marketing tasks as required by the business
**Desired skills and experience**:
- You will have a flair or interest in creating compelling product copy - as this is in area that we would like to develop in the role
- You will also have an eye for design and experience using Adobe Photoshop to create simple annotated diagrams and infographics
- Computer literate and competent using Windows, Microsoft Packages, especially Word, Excel and Teams
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent written English skills especially creative and marketing focused content
- Supporting the attainment of company targets through efficiency and relationship building
- Must be a team player who is adaptable with the ability to work on their own and with others
- Takes pride in their attention to detail and accuracy of work

**Entry requirements:**
You need to have 5 GCSE’s:
- Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above
