**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Load and unload goods, performing heavy lifting as required.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers to coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
- Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organisation of goods.
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is preferred
- Own use of lwb van with goods in transit insurance
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 30 kg) consistently throughout the day.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
- Must be punctual, organised, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Routes are set to 6-9 hours per day and rate of pay is £150 per day plus £30 per day fuel payment

The role is self employed and applicants must have less than 6 point on licence and be able to pass a basic dbs check

Weekly pay paid by bank

Any experience with DPD would be preferred but not necessary

Pay: £1,080.00 per week
