Here at JOB Consultancy, we are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work for one of our clients based in Chorley.

The hours of work are Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 18:00 pm. With a salary of up between £21,000 - £25,000 negotiable.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Make and receive calls from referred customers who require a replacement vehicle and or repair services following a motor accident
- Work with case management and portal systems, to accurately record, and update client data and in-house systems
- Manage a diary and tasks to take actions promptly and in accordance with company workflow and SLA and with monitoring skill that enables recovery in full
- Respond to all customer queries and understand requirements in a professional, welcoming, and positive manner to provide a customer support service that creates and maintains high-scoring NPS, Trust Pilot or other Feedback.
- Handle claims with good technical knowledge and an ability to use common sense and use initiative when gathering evidence or approach problem solving
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information simply
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment working well under pressure
- Well organised and conscientious with the ability to plan and monitor work tasks
- Strong decision makers with the confidence to act under their own authority on behalf of the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
