**Job Title: Sales Ambassador**

**Salary: £22,000 starting salary moving to £23,000 on successful completion of training period. On Target Earnings (OTE): £25,000 - £28,000 + excellent benefits.**

**What we’re looking for...**

AG Barr are looking for Sales Ambassadors to join us in driving the distribution and visibility of our various AG Barr brands in key selected geographies. You’ll be optimising the stand-out of our brands within impulse outlets by re-merchandising retailer-owned chilled equipment to drive consumer awareness and impulse purchase. You’ll also drive volume and revenue through key retail customers, with an aim of achieving best in class status.

Your responsibilities will include
- Presenting brands to customers via a prepared presentation and securing a commitment to purchase from normal RTM.
- Completing admin for each completed call.
- Physical placement or reorganisation of products into customer’s chilled equipment and ambient shelving in the best position
- Placement of POS at key points of interruption within the store.
- Push brand awareness by inviting product trialing with consumers & key customers.
- Support events within the OOH channel.
- Ambassadors may be directed to work in other territories or attend team meetings as required. This may involve overnight stays.

**What you’ll bring**
- Either a relevant degree or relevant previous experience in a sales background within FMCG, retail, or a hospitality channel.
- A full driving license - this is essential as you will be issued a fully expensed van.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and good personal leadership.
- Ability to present at a good standard internally, using account performance data and in-store execution.
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Fluent in English
