**Group Facilitator - Ageing Well Community Asset Groups**

**£12.63 per hour - Part-time and Full-time Hours considered**

Hybrid working; working across Northamptonshire and Northamptonshire Carers Head office at 123 Midland Road, Wellingborough. Countywide travel expected. - opportunity to support an award-winning Charity in the Health and Social Care.

As a **Group Facilitator**, you’ll be a vital part of our **Ageing Well Community Asset Team**, delivering engaging and meaningful group sessions that empower people to live well, stay connected, and feel supported.

**About the Role**
- Set up, promote, and lead Community Asset groups across the county
- Collaborate with health, social care, and voluntary sector professionals
- Deliver informative and inclusive group activities tailored to individual needs
- Provide one-to-one support where appropriate
- Work alongside volunteers with lived experience
- Represent Northamptonshire Carers positively in multi-agency settings

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in support work, wellbeing coordination, or health and social care
- Confident working within multi-disciplinary teams
- Creative, reliable, and passionate about co-production
- An effective team player and communicator (both written and verbal)
- Committed to reducing health inequalities and improving lives
