**What is a Sales Aprenticeship like?**
Over 2-2.5 years, our Apprenticeship will equip you for a lifetime of boundary-pushing work in a career that could take you to any of the four continents in which we operate—well, we’ve always been about earth-movers.

**What will I get out of an Sales Apprenticeship?**
Completing the programme will earn you a recognised Level 4 Sales Executive qualification—but, not only that, you’re also guaranteed a role with a global innovator that the world is always watching. You don’t get that when you take the conventional university route.
Bit by bit, you’ll learn what the JCB “culture of continuous improvement” means in practice and, by the end of the programme, you’ll be one of the people driving that culture with the work you do.

**How do I qualify for a JCB Apprenticeship?**
3 A levels at a minimum of grade C and above
**Or**
A qualification equivalent to any of the above or a combination
In addition to the above A-Levels, you will also need to have the following:
You’ll need at least four GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English at C/4 or above. Just as importantly, you should be looking for a career that will really allow you to make your mark in a field you’re committed to.
