Job description

Job Summary: In the first instance the role will be varied in both the Revenue and Purchase processes to understand both sides of the business. As the company continues its growth plans, the role will then be primarily dedicated to one function, with the flexibility to provide support when necessary. Applicants from either discipline are invited.

Ideally you will have experience in the following areas:

- A methodical approach to working processes and methods.
- Reconciling Ledgers, investigating differences to a successful conclusion.
- Producing clear and concise data on a regular basis.
- Build and Maintain relationships with Colleges, External Bodies/Agencies.
- Have Good Attention to Detail.
- Be Target Driven.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Be a Team player with a flexible and committed approach.
- Basic Microsoft Office Skills, including Excel.
- Knowledge of Sage Accounting Software or similar.
- 3 years' experience in a varied Accounts Department in a large company

**Summary**

We are seeking an Account Administrator to join our dynamic team at Ready 4 Home Housing Support CIC. This full-time, permanent position plays a vital role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our accounting processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage accounts payable and ensure timely processing of invoices.
- Utilize accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage for financial record-keeping.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes.
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Account Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,923.59 per year
