This is a luxury/purpose built home, with outstanding facilities including end-suite we room, resident's café, hair salon, quiet rooms for family visits, outstanding private gardens/grounds for residents to enjoy naming but a few of the facilities. **The Essentials** - This is a new "flagship" location in Liverpool and as such we are looking for an experienced Home Manager who will have the support from the Operations and Head office teams to include marketing, recruitment, finance, and HR support. - You will need to have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire people with great organisational skills and integrity in all that you and your teams do - If you have experience of managing a new service.
