Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.

We are looking for a capable and customer focused Junior Office Assistant to join our team based in Dartford. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has some experience working within an office environment and has a decent level of administration and customer service experience.

**What does it entail?**

This is customer facing role where you will provide reception support and be the first point of contact for any general enquiries from external customers and internal stakeholders and Engineers. You will be involved with general administration across the business and providing general support to the rest of the team. This role requires someone who is confident, friendly and is focused on putting the customer first.

- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Competent IT skills and keyboard skills with the ability to multi-task
