**About the role**:
As ourHead of Marketing, you will take ownership for driving our global marketing activities, advancing our brand and defining/managing our lead generation programmes to grow the sales pipeline for our products and services. You will also be responsiblefor owning our web, digital and social media presence, together with our content marketing strategy and all public relations activity.

You will actively participate in the MDS Global business development strategy, fine tuning the approach and showing innovation and challenge to support the sales team to generate qualified prospects and reporting on this to keep the team and wider companyabreast of status and progress.

**Responsibilities as ourHead of Marketingwill include**:

- Creating, managing and delivering a brand evolution plan and internal communications strategy
- Generating case studies, press releases and media coverage for new customer wins and maximising the value of existing customers via case studies and press releases
- Providing marketing support for the Sales leadership team
- Positioning MDS Global positively in the BSS marketplace, working closely with our Product Managers to ensure correct positioning and messaging to ensure our value propositions are on point and relevant
- Designing and directing an effective lead nurture program to improve conversion rates and accelerate the sales process
- Developing and leading an account-based marketing program to generate opportunities in target accounts
- Providing marketing support for sales activities, which may include prospects, generating marketing information for RFP responses and proposals, and contributing to periodic QBRs

**What we are looking for in ourHead of Marketing**:

- At least 3-5 years experience in a progressive marketing role
- At least 2 years’ experience within the telecommunications industry
- A BSS background is preferred, together with familiarity with the B2B and B2C billing marketplaces
- High proficiency in MS Office, WordPress CMS, HubSpot marketing automation, Salesforce, Google tools (e.g. Analytics, Ads), and other marketing platforms and technologies
- Basic HTML skills
- The ability to express ideas clearly and confidently
- Ability to understand technical concepts and articulate to a variety of audiences
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Passion and energy in everything you do
- A focus on results and being highly action-orientated
- Analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on campaigns
- The ability to communicate and work with stakeholders at all levels
- The ability to act on initiative, identify opportunities and be proactive in putting forward ideas and solutions
- Determination to get things done, make things happen and constantly look for better ways of doing things
- The ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Able to collaborate well with colleagues and multiple stakeholders
