Essentially, you will be passionate about people, embrace the customer experience and pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service.You will have a keen interest in matching the right person to the right role.
Your previous work history may include some background in Customer Service, Sales, Hospitality or Estate Agency roles.
**_Due to the nature of this role, it is essential that you have a full UK driving licence._**
**Your role**:
You will be joining our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, which means no prior recruitment experience is needed, as you’ll receive ALL the training, you'll need to be a successful Consultant and develop a thriving career in recruitment. All we ask isthat you have a positive attitude, the drive to succeed and a passion for helping people.
Your first three months with include your induction to the company and we’ll get you started with your learning and development.We are well known for our outstanding training
- Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company, culture, and job vacancy requirements.
- Visiting our clients, providing consultative advice on the job market and managing client expectations.
- Screening applicants and assessing their skills and fit against new roles.
- Prioritising your workload.
- Winning new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry.
