The home is rated **"Good" **in CQC ratings and is registered for a maximum of **75 Service Users.** **Job Details as SHCA/Senior Support Worker**: **Job Type**: Full-Time Location: Sevenoaks, TN15 **Salary**: £13.29 per hour Schedule: Nights/Days - 12-hour shift **Responsibilities as SHCA/Senior Support Worker**: As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy Manager. You will lead, facilitate, and participate in staff meetings, staff training, supervision, appraisals, and development activities. You can also expect to administer medication, carry out assessments and care plans.
