We are a family owned Free-Range Poultry Farm with an on site Processing Plant. We supply farm shops, high quality butchers, restaurants, pubs and a number of prestigious outlets in London.

Our team is vibrant, hardworking and very skilled. We pride ourselves on having a group comprising of people of different ages and backgrounds but all get along and work well together.

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking reliable staff to join our Cutting and Packing Team. The role involves cutting, weighing, grading and packing poultry.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be trained in handling and cutting poultry to fulfil our customers' requirements
- Trained to operate a range of machines
- Work as part of a strong vibrant team in a temperature controlled food hygiene environment.
- Ensure stock rotation and labelling requirements are adhered to.
- Work quickly and efficiently to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to the highest standards.

**Experience**:

- Having experience of food production would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.
- Familiarity with picking, packing, and stock rotation procedures
- Capability to handle lifting 15-20 kg

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
