Within the Care in the Home division, we support children with complex health needs within their family homes.

We'd like you to join us as a **Support Worker**to support our client at their home in Preston.

**When you'll be working**:

- ** Monday-Friday**:1.5 hour morning shift (**7am-8.30am**) and 1 hour evening shift (**7.30pm-8.30pm**)
- ** Saturday**: 1 hour morning shift (**8am-9am**) and 1 hour evening shift (**7.30pm-8.30pm**)
- ** Sunday**:5pm-9pm**:

- ** You can be recruited for morning and/or evening shifts, depending on which of the above shifts you are available to work**:

- ** Up to 30 hours a week available**

**What you'll be doing**:
This role is to support a 12 year old little girl with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, severe development delay and significant visual impairment, in her family home and out in the community. You will be working alongside another support worker for your shifts.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided for this role.

**What you'll have**:
