Following rapid growth TT Group is looking for experienced Delegate Sales Executives to join our vibrant young team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage sales cycle, from prospecting to pitching to closing
- Deliver succinctly and compellingly these in verbal and written communication to relevant prospects
- Engage with existing clients to secure ongoing meeting attendance.
- Delivering against daily/weekly/monthly targets relating to call volumes, duration, and sales targets
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and increase their spend with us
- Maintain knowledge of industry personnel changes and key issues in all markets in which the business operates to be able to provide the best knowledge to clients.
- Work towards individual key performance indicators and revenue targets
- Excellent verbal and written skills required.
- Needs to be highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Working closely with our production department to provide detailed and thorough feedback about prospects, pipelines, and progress on each event
- Confident, articulate and driven to succeed
- Good telephone manner
- Personable and able to build efficient continuous relationships with clients
- Strong work ethic
- High level prospecting skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Great attention to detail
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven B2B delegate sales or business development experience
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Experience of making 100 plus calls a day
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
- Proven track record of delivery against revenue and other KPI targets
