We are looking for experienced home search consultants to work with us as self-employed contractors throughout the Glasgow.

This is a great opportunity for self-employed home search consultants to work with a leading global moving and relocation services provider.

As one of our trusted partners, you will be the public-facing contact working with our assignees to find their homes, using your local expert knowledge to guide them through the process. You will have excellent communication skills to build a good relationship with the assignee, whilst keeping key stakeholders aware of the progress being made.

For the home search you will work directly with the assignee to tailor the home search to their needs, researching suitable properties, accompanying viewings, and negotiating and securing the rental contract.

As a home search partner, you will:

- Arrange an introduction call with the assignee to discuss their needs in detail
- Research suitable properties and provide an itinerary before the home search day(s)
- Accompany the assignee to the viewings
- Negotiate rental contract terms and secure the rental contract
- Provide a check-in report on the property

We also provide orientation tours of the local area for assignees. For this, you will:

- Arrange an introduction call with the assignee to discuss the local area and tailor the tour to meet their hobbies or interests
- Provide information on local amenities
- Provide an itinerary for the orientation day
- Accompany the assignee on the orientation day taking them on a tour of the local area

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in relocation, letting, or estate agency
- Expert local knowledge of Glasgow
- Expert knowledge of the property market in Glasgow
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends and the ability to work remotely

**Other**
- As this role is on a self-employed basis, proof of public liability insurance is needed
- This role involves traveling with the assignee so the use of a vehicle, valid driving license, and car business use insurance is needed
- You will need to have your own mobile phone and computer for business use

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £14,035.00-£64,937.54 per year
