Night Porter

Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Night Porter to join the team at The Hotel de Paris, Cromer.

Night Porter working hours:
As a Night Porter you will work 16 hours per week, on a Friday & Saturday night. This position does not have any live in accommodation provided. This vacancy is advertised with an hourly rate of 13.35 - Regardless of age

Being a Night Porter:
As a Night Porter will be to be a point of contact during the night and between the hours of 22:00pm to 08:00am. You will be responsible for making sure the Hotel is secure during the night and any guest issues are handled promptly. Should a rare emergency occur, you will need to put your training into action by following the hotel polices and alerting the relevant people.

You will regularly walk the Hotel and be responsible for cleaning within the public areas.

Essential Skills:
Experience in a similar role

Happy to lone work

Comfortable being in charge of a building during the night

Ability to understand process and put them in to practice in an emergency

Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of the travel, tourism and hospitality industry
