At **National Car Parks** we are looking to recruit the Head of Program Delivery to work on site at our HQ in London Farringdon. Within this position you will be Accountable for delivery of projects and programmes at NCP, with particular focuson the creation of new products and services for NCP customers and new functionality from internal systems.

You will be responsible for Designing, planning and delivering practical and cost-effective change programmes designed to meet the strategic objectives of NCP.

**Some Of Your Other responsibilities will include**:

- Definition of the most effective change programme to achieve NCP strategic objectives.
- Accountable for delivery of the change programme, providing business leadership and strategic direction.
- Responsible for planning and monitoring the change programme; agreeing plans with the Project Board and submit regular status reports indicating any deviations and corrective action taken.
- Accountable for managing risks, issues, changes, and escalations. Determine and implement solutions and mitigating actions where necessary.
- Financial responsibility for project expenditure, including establishing budgets, monitoring spends and re-forecasting on a regular basis to highlight any potential issues.
- Responsible for the leadership & management of all colleagues who report into this role. This consists of setting clear direction and standards, continuously reviewing performance against expectations, providing motivation & coaching supporting and addressingany gaps in performance

**Requirements**:

- Strong technical awareness to manage projects with a high degree of technology content.
- Has sufficient credibility and gravitas, and ability to work with and relate to a highly demanding internal client base and complex external supplier base
- Appreciation of how the architecture, policies and governance are applied to delivery of the project.
- Strong financial and cost management. Ranging from; low level detailed cost/spend analysis, benefits realisation, to high level project and programme level spend.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with significant experience of dealing with internal, external and third-party supplier senior level decision makers.
- Commercial awareness and drive. Strong awareness is required to firmly ground all projects and ensure spend and benefits are constantly tracked and articulated clearly.
- People management and leadership. Experience in dealing with teams of project managers and business analysts and ability provide steer and guide through each stage of the project lifecycle.
- Experience of a recognised project management methodology.
