**Are you looking for an additional role to boost your income?** **"Being a part of MSI and helping so many people access care feel amazing."** **Location**: Nuneaton **Hours**:Saturdays only 9 hour working day (Up to twice a month) **Salary**:£10.99 per hour **About the Role** Putting client-centred care into practice requires the backing of the whole organisation, we are looking for a passionate and committed Vasectomy Care Assistant to join our team within our Nuneaton clinic. We have well-established protocols and support systems that reinforce a values-driven organisational culture, with a focus on care and leaving no one behind. The Vasectomy Care Assistant role consists of administrative tasks which includes preparation of the clinic, ensuring the clients file is fully completed by the nurse and doctor and stock management. You will support your colleagues to make sure the clinic runs smoothly, and clients are put at ease. Being a Vasectomy Care Assistant, you will be the first person a client meets when arriving for their treatment and the last person they see when they leave. As a Vasectomy Care Assistant you will be provided with bespoke training, to equip you in assisting with safe and effective vasectomy care to our clients. There is an expectation to travel to Stratford-Upon-Avon Clinic or the London Clinic (training programme for three days) to gain relevant competencies to enable you to undertake the role. Previous experience of working within sexual and reproductive health is not a requisite of this role. Working within our main and satellite clinic you will be joining a team of both clinical and non-clinical colleagues who empower our clients to make reproductive choices that are right for them. **About You** You will share our vision of making choice a reality for everyone.
