**Job Title**Experienced Dental Lab Metal Worker

We are seeking a skilled **Metal Worker** to join our dental laboratory team. The role involves working with a variety of metal alloys to create high-quality dental restorations, including crowns & bridges.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate metal substructures for crowns, bridges and other dental prosthetics
- Trim and polish metal components to precise specifications
- Use various tools and equipment, laser welders and polishing tools
- Ensure all work meets industry and laboratory quality standards
- Work closely with the team to achieve the best possible fit and aesthetics
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Experience in metalwork within a dental laboratory setting
- Knowledge of metal casting, trimming and polishing techniques
- Attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
- Ability to read and interpret dental prescriptions
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Team player with good communication skills
