**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar and Waiting staff. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while delivering high-quality food and beverages. **Duties**
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
- Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beers, and soft beverages, while adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all dishes are presented beautifully.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in billing.
- Support catering events as required, contributing to a seamless service experience.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a catering or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A friendly demeanour with a proactive approach to helping guests enjoy their experience.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
