**Job Description**:
My Client in Coalville, is looking for a Permanent Accounts & Office Administrator to join their small friendly team.
If you have previous experience within Xero / Sage and fantastic Excel skills then this could be your next exciting role.
Days : Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Understand basic company accounting procedures to ensure records are maintained accurately and up to date.- Raising, importing & checking invoices / credits in Xero- Monitoring debtors and creditors, following up on late payments- Processing expense invoices and requesting weekly BACS payment- Coordinate reporting of wholesale sales figures within Excel- Manage and resolve any issues that may arise with customers- Process, review and advise customer on orders and deliveries- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operational practices of the business**Skills**:
- Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality- Possess strong IT skills with the ability to operate across multiple platforms: Xero and DEXT knowledge preferred - EXCEL essential- Communicate effectively, both written and verbal- Demonstrate excellent customer service- Maintain a flexible, open attitude to learning new processes and skillsIf you have the right skills, experience and are looking for that right fit
