Clinical Pharmacist

Hunter AHP Resourcing have an urgent locum opportunity based within a very commutable distance from you for a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist. This is an opportunity to join a large NHS hospital team on a 4 - 6-month basis.

Our client in the region is currently seeking a Locum Band 7 Pharmacist on an immediate basis to work across the main site of the trust.
This is a rotational post splitting job responsibilities between a local vaccine hub providing clinical advice and will also require you to supervise and support a centralised NHS inpatient ward, both manufacturing and dispensing chemotherapy as well as providingquality assurance, inpatient dispensary responsibility, and covering medicines reconciliation.

This role is due to start immediately, with a general working pattern of Monday - Friday, 5 days per week, 9am - 5:30pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
The contract length of this role will be up 3-6 months with the probability of extending, so this is a chance to undertake some long-term locum working The emphasis on this role is very much an ASAP start.
Pay rate for this role will depend on your prior experience and banding.
£27 - £29 per hour.
NHS Hospital service - Wards/Dispensary
Start date: Immediately.
Duration: 4 - 6 months (likely to extend).
5 days per week, no weekend working available. Possibility that the service may consider part time working. 9am - 5:30pm, with 30 mins for break.
