Due to continued growth we are delighted to announce we are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly motivated HGV Workshop Nightshift supervisor

**This role will be working nights covering a fixed Monday - Thursday shift.**

**6:00pm - 6:00am Or. 7:00pm - 7:00am**

As Night shift supervisor you will be responsible for organising the work load, allocating work to technicians, ensuring the shift is efficient & productive with a continuous H&S mind. You will be a key member of the team. your key accountabilities will include;
- Allocating jobs
- Updating the work log
- obtaining out of hours authorisation where required
- Quality checks on shift technicians
- Technical support for shift
- Double deck & LOLER experience _**desirable**_ (training provided
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision to ensure the quality of repairs
- Maintain excellent standards of housekeeping
- Maintain excellent Health and Safety standards
- Carrying out MOT 2nd checks
- MOT Preparation
- Minor defects

**Qualifications**

Level 3 trained in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or be a time served technician.
