A** Production Operative** is required to join a manufacturing company in the Erdington area of Birmingham.

You will be responsible for a variety of duties, primarily assembling pre-made jigs, or jigging, components, picking, packing, polishing, cleaning components and more. You will be working with heat treatment tanks and equipment, supplying various companies in the heat treatment and oil & gas industries.

The role is a temp to perm contract to begin with, with long-term opportunities available should you do well.

Duties for this Production Operative role include;
- Assembling pre-made jigs with components
- Visual quality inspection of the components
- Packing, and general warehouse duties
- Any previous FLT or crane experience is beneficial (but not required)

This Production Operative role **pays 10.50 per hour** to begin with, with opportunities for progression.
