Fleet Planner

We are looking for a **Fleet Planner**at Leicester Support Centre with flexible working options available.

Working within the Fleet Finance Department, the role will report to the Head of Fleet Planning & Accounting supporting the transfer of all fleet financial analysis whilst driving the success of all aspects of the Fleet department. The role will developto include other responsibilities, in addition to those outlined below.

**Main duties of the role**:

- Reporting into the Head of Fleet Planning and Accounting
- Populating the Fleet Plan to support the targets of the Business
- Running different scenarios on the Europcar Planning Simulation Tool
- Providing the Fleet Stats for the Financial Budgets and Forecasts
- Setting up and Creating Vehicles on Europcar Internal System
- Owning and Managing Fleet Activity
- Utilising the Fleet to the maximum whilst minimising costs
- Providing timely reports that supports decision making
- Providing Scenarios and Solutions to all Stakeholders

**Key skills and attributes required**:

- Should be energetic, proactive, hardworking with a willingness to learn
- Should have good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
- Eye for detail.
- PC Skills: Very good MS Office skills especially Excel
- PC Skills: Knowledge of working with Google Mail, Google Drive, Google Sheets and
- Business Objects will be a plus.
- Can thrive in fast moving, high pressure situations.
- Strong motivational skills with the ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team.
