Credit Controller

_JSS is partnered with a global advertising and media infrastructure organisation to recruit a interim Credit Controller to the Paris team on an initial 6 month CDD._

RESPONSIBILITIES English/French speaking Credit Controller

Location: Paris Day Rate - up to €400 per day

Main duties: To collect outstanding invoices to help improve cash flow and cash management.

The Role:

- To process and control financial transactions by monitoring customer accounts
- Ability to make high volume of calls to direct & agency customers
- Identify and resolve all issues from external/internal Partners/Stakeholders impacting on planned collection activity
- Prevent any business interruption to the company’s operations ensuring complete and controlled delivery on a daily basis to meet SLA’s and support all KPI’s.
- To produce Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annually report from the Credit & Collections outputs
- To process manual invoices and supporting sales transactions
- To collect Debt - to liaise with Customers internally and externally to resolve debt queries professionally
- To ensure all information is up to date in the system (AX / D365)

CANDIDATE'S PROFILE
- Fluent in English & French (Written & spoken)
- 2+ years experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable positions is required for the role
- Strong Excel skills and ideally experienced with AX or D365
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Has experience of working in the advertising industry (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and customer focused
- Paris based office location
