**Overview**
As a Sales & Support Advisor at Wholesale Domestic, you will be the first point of contact for all customers visiting our busy trade and customer collection desk; providing advice, answering questions, and maximising sales opportunities.

**Main Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Senior Sales & Support Lead, your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Greeting and engaging walk-in customers: offering product recommendations; up-selling and cross-selling where appropriate; handling queries and managing issues
- Processing customer collections efficiently
- Handling product returns and exchanges correctly and in-line with company policy
- Promoting Trade Loyalty Program to eligible customers; registering new members and managing accounts to promote growth
- Creating estimates for customers and following up on these to secure sales
- Sales administration: account updates; finalising web orders; resolving payment issues
- Processing payments and creating digital invoices to send to customers

**Person Specification**

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

- Have a strong grasp of English spelling and grammar
- Possess strong communication skills; able to clearly and confidently communicate with customers and colleagues verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills; able to manage your workload to meet deadlines
- Be self-motivated with a proactive approach to your work
- Be confident working both independently and within a team as required

Interviews for this role will be held on the following days:
Friday 19th September
Monday 22nd September
Wednesday 24th September
- Please note, this role is based on a rotating shift pattern. Weekend availability is required._

Pay: £13.30 per hour
