Purpose and objectives of the roll

Will be required to 3 days a week and cover when required.

To work as part of a team to enhance the image of the sites in all respects to operate the site, and to ensure that the public are educated as to the recycling requirements, to maximise the amount of recyclable materials segregated from the waste stream. To assist in increasing recycling percentages for the HWRC’s above target levels. Front line leadership of both Household Waste Sites managed by the company on behalf of its clients. To be responsible for the customer services, to ensure the effective and efficient provision of appropriate customer focused, high quality services in accordance with Veolia and Hampshire Council policies and legislative requirements.

**Salary**: £7.00-£10.00 per hour
