As a Care Coordinator, you will be central key player in managing the daily rota for staff/carers. You will be presentable, liaising with the entire team to ensure Clients needs are fulfilled,Previous experience of Domiciliary Care coordination,working in the field and make client assessment and ability to work under pressure.

NVQ/Diploma Level 3 (or above) in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) are particularly desirable

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparing the daily rota for Carers, be accountable to the Registered Manager for the smooth running of day to day Client, Exceptional compliance across the business and to support the business in achieving a minimum of “Good” in CQC inspections,Encourage company policies, procedures and approved practice.
- Ensure the provision of quality care to vulnerable people living in their own home,maintain accurate records.
- To plan ahead to cover holidays and planned absences.,report weekly to the Registered Manager,to identify and match the most suitable Carers for each package.
- Ensure all Carers submit their timesheets weekly which are accurately completed.
- To carry out any other duties given by the Senior Management Team to suit the needs of the business

Skills an attributes needed:

- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills including proficient use of MS Office, the ability to produce reports and good computer systems knowledge and fluent with care packages.
- Extremely well organized, excellent planning and prioritising ability with high attention to detail.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective professional working relationships.
- Strong administration skills and ability to manage work pressure.

To be shortlisted you will have the following:

- You need to be in Enfield or Haringey
- A clean driving licence/ access to a car is essential
- Experience coordinating in the Domiciliary Care service
- The right to work in UK and pref a DBS or happy for one to be taken
- Familiarity with using providing rotas
- Good IT, organisational, communication and report writing skills
- To be a team player and be able to trouble shoot when the pressure is on

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Loyalty bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Haringey, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
