We need **Health Care Assistants**to join us working out in the renal dialysis service where you'll be known as a **Renal Technician**.

The job:

- Visiting patients to support them with their dialysis treatment
- Performing general **health checks**including blood pressure etc
- Supporting the patient and building a professional relationship
- Liaising with the local Hospital to support the care of the patient
- The working week is covered over 40 hours scheduled between Monday to Sunday, 7am to 10pm on a 2-week rolling rota, working alternate weekends

**Full training is provided**via an all-expenses paid 5-day course in Derby.

What we're looking for:

- Empathetic behaviour towards patients and a desire to provide quality patient care
- The ability to follow instructions and process information.
- Skills to appropriately escalate and communicate with a variety of patient care stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel over an hour from your home location.
