Royal Tunbridge Wells, United Kingdom GingerMay Full time

**PR Assistant**

Based from our Tunbridge Wells office, as well as from home, our PR Assistant role is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in communications working with some of the world’s most innovative B2B technology businesses.

GingerMay is a multi-award winning B2B and technology consultancy, and we are proud of our reputation for best-in-class integrated communications delivery, exceptional client service, and talented team. We are on the lookout for ambitious individuals who want to enter the world of PR and communications.

In 2010, we were established as an agency that placed work-life balance and staff development at its core when the industry suffered from a reputation of long hours and stress. Today, GingerMay’s values still hold strong. Our forward-thinking purpose has led to industry-busting client standards and retention, with our agency being crowned fastest-growing in Europe and best place to work, among other accolades.

Sustainability is also central to our business values. We continually take actions that drive tangible change, minimise our environmental impact, and further our relationships with ClimateTech clients, who play a major role in building a greener future for our planet.

As a PR Assistant, you will work alongside our account teams developing excellent organisational and prioritisation skills that underpin our media relations, content generation, and social media activity. You will gain invaluable experience of working in a busy PR and communications firm and receive fantastic training, tailored development, and mentoring from our industry-leading team.

This role will be a 6-month fixed contract offering you the experience required to progress on your PR journey. Individuals that demonstrate potential, meet the required performance criteria, and a genuine passion for PR will be offered the opportunity to join GingerMay as an Account Executive following this initial 6-month period.
